Click Here For Fishing Report Archives Well like the old saying goes March came in like a lion and went out like a lamb for our tog fisherman today. Tog fishing finally showed us some good signs today and we had our first limit of stripers over the weekend as well. We will be tog and striper fishing through April and with any luck should even see our first couple of black drum by months end. We put off fishing until March 21 due to the cold water temperatures. We had Sean Wasmer and friends were along for our first tog trip of the year which was nothing short of a bust. Sorry Guys! The following day we took Greg Barnett party out tog fishing and things were a little more encouraging with a few bites and fish at a couple of different stops. Unfortunately when the day ended we only had a handful of keepers to show for our efforts and around 20 throw backs. Don Yocum and party joined us next and we opted for some striper fishing and it was the right move as we had 14 keepers along with 24 shorts on the day. Congratulations on our first spring limit of stripers and thanks for the excellent crock pot lunch! Alex Levantowsky and our all star crew joined us for there first tog trip on spring 2009. We started the day with a lack luster kind of bite with five keepers and 21 throw backs. The group took our recommendation and took a gamble that paid off with nice tog. Finishing the day with another 30 nice keepers including four over the seven pound mark and Alex's 9 lb 4 oz tog. Anyone that wants to get in of some of this fine spring fishing that is shaping up should give us a call. Capt.
