Grizzly Fishing Report 04-30-2023

We are back in the water and staying as busy as Mother Nature allows. Got started April 20 and it was a good one with 3 fish over the 10 lb mark. Thanks for releasing a couple nice ones, keeping 12 for dinners. April 21 we had a father and son join us and we tried to catch our first drum and it did not work out so we settled for some tog fishing catching plenty of shorts and keeping just enough for suppers. April 23 we were greeted with less than favorable conditions but the guys persevered and boxed up dinner after throwing back a bunch of shorts. April 24 we caught and released our biggest tog yet tipping the scales at 20.4 lbs. The guys also released 2 others over 13 lbs. Once again kept 12 for supper. April 25 we got ran out of our tog spots by the seabass don't know where they all came from overnight. Poorest tog day in a while, sorry guys. April 25 we did release a 13.75 and caught 7 nice ones for the box from 5-8 lbs. Thanks to everyone who fished with us. Will be back to fishing as soon as the weather gets settled again.
