Grizzly Fishing Report 11-30-2015

We have had some great tog fishing and some great sea bass fishing this month. Visit our face book page for more pictures. Weather has definately been an issue this fall but with the warmer water temperatures the best is yet to come. Stripers are almost here and the water is finally getting right them. We will continue to fish through the New Year for both striper and tog. With a heated cabin we can keep you comfortable on the cool mornings to come. Crock pots are welcome this time of year as well.

Here are a few of the highlight trips since last report. Cole Faries and freinds had a limit catch of tog to 7.25 lbs for Dan Curie. Bernie Smelstoys and freinds had our first boat limit of tog. Don Kopp and freinds had 28 tog 3 sea bass and a triggerfish. The following day Don and the guys had 32 tog and 4 sea bass despite the rain. Dan Clark and freinds had 21 tog in short order before the fish decided to shut off for the afternoon. We did a make up trip that started looking for stripers and ended up harvesting 19 of about 60 tog and a lobster. Yes we caught a lobster. Bob Irwin and freinds joined us for a 10 hour sea bass trip and harvested a boat limit of sea bass along with 19 bluefish and a handful of porgies. Bob and the guys came back the next day and harvested another boat limit of sea bass.
