Click Here For Fishing Report Archives We have seen some real nice catches of tog come over the rail of the Grizzly lately. We continue to see our share of blow days, but when conditions hold up we should continue producing good numbers of tog thru mid January. There continue to be some stripers around but we have yet to target them. The numbers of stripers at the mouth of the Delaware Bay should increase after our next cold snap and also continue thru mid January as well. Karl Reed and friends joined us for their annual togtober trip and had a nice catch of tog including two fish in the 7 lb class for Karl himself. Next Boy Scout Troop 393 joined us for a half day fishing trip to get there fishing merit badge. Well in four hours the boys put together a nice catch of tasty tog. Despite less than calm conditions Alex Levantowsky and the all star crew put together a good catch of tog along with a nice triggerfish. After two days of near gale conditions we headed back out with Ken Wallace and friends looking for some tog. Ken and the guys put together a limit catch of tog and got home a little early. Next we had the folks from Delaware Business systems on board. After a slow start on the tog we finished up with a real nice catch of the tasty tog. Mike Weaver and friends joined us and we found the water a little cleaner than the previous day. By days end we had a near limit catch of tog up to nine pounds. Loyd Farber and family joined us next to try to catch the grand children some tog. Cody Farber caught his first tog and it weighed 7 lb 12 oz. We managed to catch a few more but by 10 am the wind had really picked up so we called it a day. The all star crew were back at it again and even though we had a very poky bite the crew put together a near limit catch including a couple of eight pounders. We do have a heated cabin for those cold mornings ahead so if you would like to get in on some of the action give us a call. Don't wait to long to book that trip for 2009!
