  Seabass fishing continues to be excellent, tog fishing is in full swing and the weather is finally cooperating.

Bob Chaplak and friends all enjoyed a wreck trip which produced a limit catch of bass, a triggerfish and bluefish up to 16 1/2 pounds.

Fred Brubaker and friends had an eventful tog trip. The group was approaching a limit catch of tog when the fishing trip turned into a rescue trip. The boat responded to a small boat which was thrown onto the rocks by a large sea. The men were airlifted off the wall by the Coast Guard and the boat was towed home. The rescue cost the group time and fish but was well worth it because all returned to shore safely.

Terry Oberly and group also enjoyed a nice tog trip. The group had their limit by 10:30 and returned home early. Terry brought home a 8.4 pounder and tossed it right down the fish cleaning shoot and into the canal. Not to worry, he got to catch it a second time and enjoyed a nice tog dinner.

Max and Sharon Langevin, Reds McElwee and friends had a nice day to enjoy some fishing. The group brought home a limit catch of tog with Reds winning the pool with a nice 8 1/2 pound tog. Nice Catch!
