Well, like the weather, fishing has been one extreme to the other. Croakers are still the main attraction on the Bay with good catches of nice size fish. Flounder fishing in the ocean has slacked off a bit and we're looking forward to Seabass fishing when the season reopens later this month. Offshore, bluefin tuna fishing remains red hot. The Yellowfin tuna bite has been good, bad, and in between. Swordfish, sharks, and marlin have also showed up in the mix.

Levi Stoltzfus along with friends and family enjoyed a nice offshore trip. The group brought home the federal bag limit of three hefty bluefins and also brought home three nice yellowfins.

Abner Stoltzfus, Ben Lapp, Steve Stoltzfus, and Levi Stoltzfus had a fabulous trip offshore. The group caught twelve nice tuna and had a nice dolphin as a bonus.

John Gross and group also had a great trip which produced four nice bluefin (one was released) on the Hambone and they went seven for nice on the yellowfins at the canyon.

Andy Duncan along with five other folks had a mixed bag bottom fishing. The group brought home croakers, seabass, blues, and triggerfish.

Larry McElwee, Charles Graves, James Todd, Mike Totario, Neal Welker, and Charles Brosch had a productive one day trip offshore. The group caught their three bluefin with Larry "Reds" bringing in a hefty 90 pound fish.

Jeff Lauer along with Harold Hildebrand, Terry Baughman, Garret Lauer, Donald Lauer, and Phil Denenberg enjoyed an overnighter catching four bluefins, a blue shark, and a tiger shark. Phil got the big fish award with a 120 pound bluefin.

Fall is here and we are booking trips for tautog and stripers and looking forward to a good season. If you need a holiday or a weekend we have two dates that have opened up due to rescheduling. The first is Columbus Day, October 11th and the second is November 28th, the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
