Flounder fishing has continued to be the mainstay of our all day trips. Sounds like a broken record but we can almost always catch them its just a matter of how many keepers end up in the box at the end of the day. Most days we have been able to mix trips up adding some croakers, sea bass or bluefish to the cooler. We have finally seen some quality croakers in the mix as well. Sea bass action should pick up this month as the waters cool. September remains one of the best months for some great mixed bag catches. We will see flounder, sea bass, croakers, bluefish and even some trout this month. We just had September 8 and 9 come available. The offshore scene has been poor on the tuna fishing scene.

We would like to thank everyone who has joined us the last two weeks. We hope to fish with you all again soon. Here are a couple of highlights. Steve Mattson and family had to settle for some croakers while we waited for things to get right for flounder fishing. It wasn't a painful wait as the guys caught plenty of croakers. Once the conditions got right we switched back to flounder fishing and the guys put together a 15 fish stringer of flounder to 7.75 lbs for Craig Moore. Hazzard Electric choose to give the guys a day off and treat them to a little fishing. The guys harvested 11 of 53 flounder and harvested 9 nice sea bass as well.
